Please Bring Chips is a Washington, D.C.-based catering and events services company specializing in bespoke food and beverage service. Please Bring Chips was born from events (so we really, really understand the value an event can bring). Our founders spent years putting on DIY events, specifically, art pop ups, with frequent collaborators No Kings Collective. Over time, the cocktails, the experiences, and the unique combinations became our signatures. We believe in collaboration and have built our team and partnerships with people who share our values. Whether a custom, boutique event or 1,000+-person festival, we love making complicated situations simple and successful for our clients while creating transformative experiences. Whether the f&b component of an event is an amenity or a profit driver, Please Bring Chips leverages curation, collaboration, and coordination to make it a success. We can provide basic catering, but also approach events like creative challenges: custom menus, cocktails, and wine pairings. We have the knowledge and experience to plan efficient bar operations, keeping lines short and costs low. No matter the crowd size, we can create and execute menus to ensure your sponsors get their ROI. We can also coordinate with additional food partners and vendors to bring an array of flavors to large-scale food festivals.
